ABOUT
Jamilla Deville is one of the pole industry's most renowned pole artists and instructors. A former Miss Pole Dance Australia, Jamilla is now based in the US, where she tours her specialty workshops and judges and features at the US pole industry's top events, including the US Pole Sports Federation National Championships. Jamilla is currently located in Nashville, Tennessee, where she featured in Nashville's only circus theater production, Shiners.
With a career in pole that spans over two decades, including multiple international awards and a world best selling DVD series, The Art of Pole Collection, Jamilla continues to offer her wealth of experience as a judge and coach.
Jamilla has a deep love for performing and instruction, and brings years of experience on stage and in the studio to students all over the world.
Jamilla's passion for the artistry of pole stems from the roots of the industry itself. In her own words, "From the very beginning, we simply loved our art and wanted to share it with the world. Pole developed momentum very quickly because it's a unique combination of athleticism with artistry. Although it was initally considered a taboo sport, We never let the taboos of the day stop us from our love of pole; it was all about our basic values of hard work, dedication and creativity".

What Else Does Jamilla Offer?
Jamilla offers Customized Training Programs as part of her Extend Yourself Training. This program allow you the flexibility to train in your own space (e.g. at home) and in your own time. You will receive a program to keep that works in line with your goals as well as regular live check ins. Why do programs so often not achieve their goals? Because often what it takes to stick to a routine is personal accountability - and that is what Jamilla adds to the mix. Consistency is key and that happens when you stay accountable to the process.
Along with her virtual class offerings, Jamilla loves to meet new students on tour!
