As a full time coach and athlete, I’ve loved having months on end at home here in Vegas to fine tune my own training. Consistent training, nutrition and recovery is so important! But I’ve also missed my On The Road adventures. I’ve missed connecting with dancers in other places. So this month I’m setting off for a very special weekend in Seattle. I’ll be featuring in The Bordeaux Project’s Vertical Cabaret: Femme Fatale and also teaching workshops, all hosted by Pole Fitness Seattle.
